Lunar Fest was created from a vision of bringing Nordic and Asian metal scenes together connecting artists and audiences through a shared passion for heavy metal beyond borders.
That vision remains.
But Lunar Fest 2026 takes a different form.
This December, five Swedish metal acts take over Slaktkyrkan in Stockholm for one night of heavy music, energy and darkness in the heart of the Swedish winter.

Frantic Amberis an all-female melodic death metal band from Stockholm, known for blending aggressive riffs with soaring melodies and powerful vocals.
With critically acclaimed releases and a reputation for explosive live performances, they deliver an intense and uncompromising sound that stands out on any stage.
At Lunar Fest, they represent the strength of the Nordic scene — raw, dynamic, and impossible to ignore.
Mister Misery is a modern metal band from Sweden, blending high-voltage riffs, anthemic choruses and a mix of clean and gritty vocals.
Known for their theatrical style and explosive live shows, they have performed at major festivals including Wacken Open Air and Masters of Rock, and supported bands such as Nightwish and The 69 Eyes.
At Lunar Fest, Mister Misery step in as Special Guest, bringing their unmistakable sound and relentless energy to Slaktkyrkan.
